Devenish Lodge in East Victoria Park is features:

• Hostel accommodates 41 residents, aged 18 years and over
• 24 hour care provided by experienced Licensed Supervisors
• 24 hour access to highly qualified Medical and Psychiatric professionals
• Fully furnished large modern shared and single bedrooms
• Extra large TV with Foxtel connection and pool table
• Large court yard with shaded areas, grassed enclosed front lawn with porch
• Support with general activities of daily living assistance
• Fully licensed facility regulated by The Licensing and Accreditation Regulatory Unit (LARU)
• Supported and Funded by the Mental Health Commission
• Minimum of 2 approved staff at all times

How is Devenish Lodge regulated?

As a licensed psychiatric hostel, we are:
– Licensed by the Licensing and Accreditation Regulatory Unit, Department of Health
– Accredited against the National Safety and Quality Mental Health Standards for Community Managed Organisations (NSQMHCMO Standrards)
– Accredited as a registered NDIS provider against the NDIS Practice Standards
– Registered as a Boarding House by the Town of Victoria Park
– And report to other regulatory authorities such as the Mental Health Commission and the Office of Chief Psychiatrist
