Meet Our Leadership Team
At Devenish Care, our experienced and compassionate leadership team is dedicated to supporting adults with disability and mental health conditions. We provide safe, NDIS-supported accomodation and tailored care for individuals with physical disabilities, mobility concerns, autism, psychosocial issues and high intensity needs. Our mission is to empower every individual to live with dignity, independence and the right support.
About our licensed supervisors:
– Annually licensed by The Licensing and Accreditation Regulatory Unit (LARU)
– First aid training refreshed 3 yearly
– Police clearance checked 3 yearly
– Annual competencies review
About our NDIS support workers:
– Worker’s screening (includes police screening)
– Completed NDIS worker training modules
– Annual competencies review
DR. ROBERT LAU
Chief Executive Officer
Licensee and director, overseeing regulatory compliance, operations
and ongoing quality improvement. Over 15 years of medical experience with a keen interest in mental health, disabilities and providing support and recovery. Strives to provide the best possible care for participants.
MS. KIRSHA WHITE
Personal Care Coordinator
Kirsha has 16 years experience in assisting residents with personal and social care, including developing and reviewing Personal Care Plans, and coordinating care with external healthcare professionals.
MR. JUNO NG
Operations Manager
More than 5 years experience in supporting adults with mental illness. Managerial role in all aspects of Devenish Lodge and Devenish Care. This includes daily operations, including staff supervision and training, budgeting, liaising with external service providers to connect people to the right services.
